Lily ChangCoordinator Conference

It has always been my passion and goal to work in the hospitality and events industry! I love working with people from diverse backgrounds in positive and energetic settings. I graduated from University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Hospitality and Services Management. Over the years, I have worked at local five diamond hotels and convention facilities, managed the staffing, training and operations of two Olympic & Paralympic Games events at Vancouver 2010 and London 2012 and supported a team of Food Technologists at an international retailer. I am happy to return to my hometown, Vancouver to join the ICS team and the ECF department. In my leisure time, I can be found doing a variety of activities such as yoga, spin, hiking, kayaking, comedy nights, concerts, and much more!
