My job combines both my passion for exploring the world and learning about new cultures; for this reason it is a dream come true. I am originally from Lower Austria and my passion for travelling and exploring the world started as a child. Hence, attending a school focusing on cultural tourism. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Tourism Management in Vienna, Austria and my Masters Degree, in Tourism Destination Development in Borlänge, Sweden. My education provided internship positions in both Great Britain and Canada providing great opportunities to apply my learnings, as well as gain some practical life and work experience abroad. After completing my masters I worked for a medical association in the congress and conference management organizing state of the art conferences in Europe’s major congress destinations. This position inspired my interest to succeed in the meeting and event industry. Getting the chance to work with the ICS team is a great opportunity to continue my experience by further expanding my horizons on an international level.
